Private
Hospitals without Druids Health Insurance Agreements
When treated in a private hospital without a Druids
Friendly Society agreement, the following benefits
will apply:

This table also includes a rebate for Surgically Implanted Prosthesis. Hospital in-patient doctor’s bills attract the standard Medical Gap benefit of 25% of the Commonwealth Medical Benefits Scheduled Fee. Where your doctor is willing to participate in the Simplified Bill process an additional 20% above the Commonwealth Medical Benefits Schedule will be paid for the services provided. (Pathology and Radiology excepted)
Public Hospitals
If you are treated in a public hospital as a private
patient by a doctor of your choice the Society will
pay the full cost of your treatment.
