Claim Year Limitations:
The Druids Claim Year for all benefit limits is 1 January to 31 December each year. Limits on benefits are described on this Web Site.

Medical Gap Claims:
When forwarding medical gap claims for benefit payment please ensure that you include the top portion of your Medicare Benefit Payment Statement. Benefits cannot be paid on medical gap claims where the Doctors invoice or statement is provided as proof of service.
